it wouldn't help a lot to drop anything on the keyboard... since the chat and so on would have to be posted... so either they have to find a very intelligent thing that can hit some letters in random succesion and enter, or they would simply have to stay ATK...

Well basically, one often comes to do the exact same thing over and over while grinding (be it for entertainer/sometimes combatant/or artisan). A good step would be them to differentiate an actual key stroke/mouse action from a macro'ed command.

But yeah, there is still those people who drop a dictionnary on their keyboard and go to sleep to avoid that system too... I suppose this question is harder that it would seem at first sight :/
