I have to agree.. Ever since the holo's came out and people were told that mastering multiple professions was the way to unlock your FSCS, the game took a HUGE nose dive.. YES, to the point that I'm very seriously thinking of cancelling both of my accounts.. Last night while touring the POI's of Naboo, I arrived in Theed to see once again that there was 30+ holo chasing AFK macro grinders.. This isn'ta single group game of MMO..it's now become a 2MMO.. We have 2 completely seperate groups playing this game.. The powergamers and Jedi wannabes that are Macro grinding everything, and the "rest of us"..

If Sony thinks I'm going to just tolerate this and ignore it, they are truely wrong.. I'm getting tired of it and it's becomming a very real problem.. I would rather seen them disable the entire FSCS, until they fix this most lame idea of theirs, then to let this problem continue.. If SOE's chase for the almighty dollar is the only concern of theirs, then they'll lose more moneywith the current gameplay.. I was so looking forward to playing EQ2, but now with this HUGE blunder black eye that SOE created, I'm now beginning to wonder if that will be any better then this ugly sore..

No offense but if Brad and company, now Sigma, can finish and come up with that new game in partnership with Microsoft, I'll be quickly running there and cancelling ALL SOE accounts I really did like original EQ when I first started over 4 years ago, until SOE started screwing up everything

well you said it much better then I... I beta tested EVE before this game... that game had much less bugs then this and was more semingly a company for the players. I just dont get the stupididty shown here... I do understand the complexity of changing one thing and how it affects hundreds of others and that there be a choice but they fix gamebreaking issues for all other classes... why not ours... this is a game breaking issue for us

It is getting horrible I use to enjoy going into Coronet Cantina.. but now its just a lag fest.

You know it wouldnt be so bad, but all of those HoloEntertainers are spamming /smile or /yelling some spam crap about their new store... or asking for Holos. Since I play on 56k, I HAVE to avoid a radius of 100m of the cantina, or I get disconnected, So when someone asks about a buff, I have to buff them in the theater..

player cantinas are nice and i own one myself. the thing is the npc cantinas are still where you meet the majority of people. i used to spend hours upon hours in coronet leading the band chatting away, hearing rumors, spreading rumors, just generally having a ball. then along came holocrons. i have stepped foot in the place twice since. both times when ask to get in a group i have actually been turned down. "You are a master you dont need xp, why get in a group?" the atk asks me. very very discouraging.

and thats not counting the 50+ afk people in it making it hard to see anything let along interact with anybody near the cantina. both times i have walked away very sad.

so what do i do after that? i go to my second 'home' the med center in coronet. i spent almost as much time there as i did in the cantina. what doi find there? afk duelers, afk tumblers, and diseased/flamed pets. sad sad day it was for me when holocronscame into this game.

dont get me wrong i have my own cantina, my city has a theater and a med center as well. it just isnt the same though. with the majority of players going to npc city facilities still (mainly because of the starports) you dont get the social interaction you did with the npc cantinas (theed coronet).

(a very sad twi'lek)

Wouldn't it have been fun if the quest for Jedi were more like a very long, very difficult, and elaborate treasure hunt --full of quests, puzzles, instanced dungeons, and maybe yes alittle profession-switching?
