I'm sorry, but none of us are going to help you. We don't support or encourage AFK buffing or macro'ing.
You're under the impression that we all AFK levelled, I believe. That's not the situation. The majority of us who care enough to post in this forum are all real entertainers, and made our way to master by actually entertaining, not setting up a macro and leaving. You should try it. Entertainer is a social profession, and if you don't have time to be social, or you don't want to be, please don't "entertain".
Please, rethink your decision to make a buffbot. It destroys our profession. Would you be happy if there were tons of bots that sliced things for free 23/7? Nope.
Reconsider your decision. You'll find entertainer is a VERY fun profession!
And if you "don't have time to play a game" like many others say, you really shouldn't be a musician, or be playing this game at all!

Whaaa!? If you're going to stay at the keyboard, why would you even need a macro!? Just type /setperform target and flourish away! Is it really THAT hard? Come on, you can do it!

Yeah, it is. Buffbotting ruins our profession. If you really don't want to be there, then just drop musician. You don't need to "help" anyone.

You're asking for a buffbot macro and you have your own band!?
Okay, seriously, what's so hard about typing /join to get into a group when someone invites you? I'm seriously just wondering why it's hard...

In that case I would sugest a "/invite" macro. Once you have created it go in to options, controles, keymap, macros and set the "/invite" macro to crt+shift+I
That way you just have to target someone and press crtl+shift+I to invite them
Add alias by typing "/alias buff /pause 20;/addalarm 0 3 Buffing is done on"
That way you just have to type "/buff [name]", and 3 minutes and 20 secount an alarm will go of telling you that they have not been in the group long enough.
You don’t need huge complex macros to handle buffing if you are at the keyboard, it can all be handled by a simple key press or two.
