Thread: If your vendor disappeared, please post here with details
2. Over 220+ items were listed (approximately 20 million resources actually)
3. Between 15k-50k of maintence was on it
4. No. I relist my items. Right now I have not been playing as much because of school and work, so I maintain my vendor.
5. Within the past 5 days, I checked it within that time frame.
6. I have absolutely no emails.
This is making me extremely mad. When I saw 20 million resources, I mean 20 million units valued at least around 40 million as majority of it was lowgrade.

CSR Andy replied to me again today and basically said I am sht out of luck... What utter bs...
I am on strike on Tempest....why the f would I continue to craft and vend things when crap like this happens and sony can't take any action to fix THEIR mistake...
Whole thing will continue to piss me off till it's fixed or I cancel.

Server, Planet, Waypoint (general area is fine) of the vendor that was removed. The name of the vendor helps too.

Master Merchant. At the time it dissapeared, I had six vendors.

3) Did the vendor have maintenance paid on it?
Maintenance was paid well in advance on all of my vendors, typically over 60 days, often over 100 days.
4) Have you either made a sale or listed a new item for sale from your inventory on the vendor within the last 2 weeks?
I listed all of the swoops the week prior, fresh from the factory run.
5) How long ago did the vendor disappear?
Tuesday, September 14th to the best of my recollection.
6) Did you receive any warning emails before the deletion, and if so, what type and how many?
I received emails saying my vendor was in danger since I had not "visited" it, as well as intermittent messages that i could not have this many (six) vendors when I tried to list items. I visited the vendor, added items, etc. I sold vehicles and paint kits regularly.
I submitted a ticket, and was told it was a known issue, and was being fixed. I received an email the day of deletion saying the vendor was deleted due to no items for sale or no recent visits from me.
I submitted another ticket, and was told the game logs showed I deleted the vendor. I submitted multiple tickets, out of game emails, tried the tech support board, and even called phone support. I was consistently told "we cannot help you since the logs show you deleted the vendor."
(On a side note, customer service for sony should be changed to "we cannot help you department," thus saving lots of misdirected calls for assistance.)
Of course, I know when I delete a vendor, and I did not delete this one. And there is the question of the email the system sent telling me it was deleting the vendor for reasons that were invalid. However, no one in "customer service" has ever answered the question of why I got a deletion email if I deleted my own vendor with millions of credits worth of merchandise and maintenance on it.
To date, they have not replaced the vendor, its contents, or reimbursed me for the system induced loss.
I have cancelled my account, which expires at the end of this week. As it turned out, this was the final straw for me. The game certainly had its fun moments, but the utter and complete arrogance and lack of support on the part if sony is just too much. But, I would consider re-subscribing if they fixed their error, lol. I was glad to see this thread, so I could post this out in the open.

The name of the vendor: Vehicles and Custom Paint Kits (best I can recall - can't get ingame atm)
I still have the in game email saying the system was doing the deletion, not me.
Maybe this will help us sort out WHY vendors are being deleted and whether the system is working correctly.
Keep in mind that this thread is NOT for those who have dropped Merchant skills and believe that they should still be able to keep vendors. I'm sure you can find plenty of other threads to post those complaints in.

No I can't see the items.
I got a response from CSR saying to wait for server reset (as usual) and as usual it didn't work, so they sent ANOTHER reply directly following server reset that says that it was deleted due to a new "feature" (the one that maintains that 14 day unused vendors are deleted and a warning email is sent to the user). Of course, their excuse is that the notification email was never sent cuz the system was broken or disconnected, and then the usual hollow apologies for my inconvenience that are common place in their macroed responses....
Anyhow, still no new information on whether I or any of us will be getting our stuff back.
