I cannot retrieve my items that are in the stockroom of my vendor. It stays on "retrieving item please wait "

If you switch tabs and come back sometimes it will work. Same thing if you examine it and click retrieve on the pop up box.

Pretty much it does it when it feels like it.

I tried clicking on diff tabs and I still cannot get my items!!!

Sometimes you have to close all the vendor screens and try again, other times you just have to wait half an hour for the server to fix itself.

One thing that was working very good for me today is if it did not load up, click on the x to cancel the load and then click to retrieve the same item right away. 90% of the time I'd retrieve the item sucessfully and by the third try of doing that it was working 100% of the time. Never worked on the first try though.

Ok I have tried everything you guys have suggested and I still cannot get my stuff back! I let it sit on retrieving item message for at least 30 minutes and then it kicks me out of game. Is anyone else having this problem?

Did you have more than one vendor and than remove one of them with items still inside?

I did that and his problem was the result. 82 items sitting off in another dimension now. Luckily I'm the only one who can see them so no one tries to buy them. Anyone heard of a way around this, either getting them back or destroying them? I wish the vendor screens defaulted to the vendor and not region. I wouldn't have made the attempt otherwise.

I've got the same problem the items are just out there in never never land. I had about 80k worth of inorganics out there at 3k per unit. I submitted a ticket to the Holocron, and just waiting patiently for a response.

I've got about 35-50 items floting in "never-never land" I can buy some items from offers, but can never retrieve them, and people can't see them when up for sale, but it still gladly takes my credits when I buy the offer. So yeah, I've got the same problems as you guys do. I submitted a /bug about it as well.

I think most of us experience this.
Most of my items I sell from the stockroom -- which works much better.

However, I purchase a lot of resources and I restack them into neat stacks of 100. I have about 80 resource items of various stack sizes on there.

I basically keep trying, and can usually retrieve 4-5 a session. Unfortunately I buy much more that than from my offers, so my stockroom is building up.

Also, just because an item is unretrievable one day, doesn't mean it will be unretrievable another -- keep trying. It seems to work best after I sell several items from the stockroom.

I'm having the same problem as all of you guys, I removed my vendor after placing a new one and it seems that all of my items are untrievable. I haven't had any luck refreshing and I'm pretty sure my items are caput until the dev's fix this bug.

What happens when you click 'Sell Item' for the merchandise that is floating around in the nether world?

For freshly purchased or withdrawn items stored in the stockroom, I find that using a refresh -> retrieve -> refresh -> retrieve combination works very well.
