After having brought this issue to the csr/dev team via Customer Ticket and Chatroom Csr-Jorge
THREE days ago, there is still no official ackowledgement.
I personally have lost MILLIONS in resources, and 100s of 1000s in items.
My server is Bloodfin, but apparently this is happening on a few other servers as well.
Guys and Gals, we cant just let this issue get swept under the rug as many other issues are.
Its still not safe to make any changes to your vendors, as most merchants do on a daily basis.
Im guessing none of this will matter, as long as we all buy JTL.
Constructive reasoning and FLAMES welcome.
Is anyone else just plain old tired of these things? Its not the rare occurance, it is the Norm!

They are working on it. More talk won't help. If you have more facts that might help them locate and fix the problem then those will be welcome. Flame and rants might make you feel better but won't assist anyone in fixing a bug.

You'll have to trust me until they post something. I have talked to both a Dev representative and a CS representative.

Ok, I trust you.
Perhaps you can tell me why there has been no official "written" admission to this.

Thanks

No. I don't know that other than they are swamped right now. I'll ask for an announcement of some kind.

Nice dodge, but you have yet to respond to my " they will never admit the issue" proclaimation.
Sometimes whats not said is just as powerful as what is said.

Its Lunchtime in Houston as well
Time for some Tex-Mex
Having enough time to submit 7k + posts (an everage of 20 per day): 15.00 per month
Saying all the right things to be ackowledged as a true Fanboi: 75.00 x2 + 15.00 x19= Too much
Knowing when to shut up: Priceless

Oh I would take that bet. They generally don't respond until they have a solution but they normally reply when they are implementing a fix.
