Thread: We will be ignored, if we dont make enough noise about the vendor/bazaar issues.

So this isn't a recurring problem you are still trying to get your items that were lost replaced correct? The advice on this from me is always the same. Maintain a calm and polite manner with the CSRs don't make it a battle of them vs you. Make it factual and be firm but polite about the issue. Make them explain why they don't feel you are due any further compensation. And above all don't try to lie to them about any of this. If you make anything up and they catch you in a lie they will simply stop dealing with you as they will become convinced you are just trying to scam them.

Believe me, that is what I'm doing. I am not lying and I would prefer it if they would simply be truthfull with me above any other outcome. I don't want compensation, I want my stuff back. If they can't restore the remainder of my items then they should be truthful and tell me. If that is the case, then I can accept that my items are gone forever and move on, with or without compensation.
However, getting completely contradicting statements from different CSR's investigating the same issue shows me that some CSR's are forthcoming and actually want to help while a large majority are just filling hours BS'ing me and undoubtedly countless other customers. Its depressing to me and I'm starting to see what all the SWG cynics have been criticizing and I've been ignoring all this time: SWG's customer service is poorly facilitated.I recently found out that there isn't a phone number for customer service. Can you imagine how much easier it would be to speak one-to-one with a CSR rather than volleying email back and forth? Unlike any other customer service division of any company I've ever encountered,SWG customer servicehas the inexorable ability to completely ignore customers without penalty.
Its not right, and I am doubtless that it is the factor that will doom this game in the long run.
I guess I'm off topic, but this frustration needed to be vented.
