Thread: Custom Vendor speech with %TT?
Hi guys, question for you.
I've noticed on the default vendor greetings that my vendors will address my customers by name, is there a way to get my custom message to do the same thing? I've tried using %TT, but they vendor just ends up saying "Hi there %TT!," not the customer's name.

Yea that has never worked from my knowledge. I've mentioned it. So far it hasn't gotten on the radar to be fixed.

You've seen a custom greeting with your name?
When I tried to do it myself, it didn't work though.
Is the greeting saying something like:
Hello there Ediw! or is it saying Hello There!, Vendor: Blah says to Ediw Ap-Ta?
Yes, I'll confirm that I have seen several vendors say my name in their barking.
"Hey there Evarn, you're looking pretty beat up! Want some med packs?"
"Take a look at my armor supplies here Evarn!"
etc... I've seen it on quite a few vendors.
It is probaly one of the greeting you can chose from the vendor not a custom greeting.

Isn't that the standard weapon adbark? It's "you're weapon is looking kind of rusty there.."
