Thread: 21.6K Merchant xp per Character a day
. you do get more get faster xp for having differnt people look at it but each will have the same 10m timer on them./pause 2;

i take great offence to this, 1) yes leave it to a holo grinder to get xp jsut as fast as the devs intened, i know 30 people that could do this for me and i could master even faster, but i don't want to bother them jarik is jsut being a realyl good friend and helping with a profession that i can do nothnig to get xp for
2) the 30 second buff thing is a bug, and a cheat, this isn't you get xp every 15 mintues jsut liek it's set up to be so 
3) there are tons of people that jsut want to get through this class as fast as they can instead of speending a month or 6 to get it. Jarik didn't ahve to share his macro he did so to help people, and this is an IN GAME MACRO using only the commands that SONY allows us to use. There is no differance between this and having 5 peopel sit there and open the vendors for me manually, he had greatly slowed down everything he wants to do to help me and figure out how to help others so instead of callnig us cheats you should be saying thank you for the help. If you REALLY want to do this prof the long hard way with no one buying stuff from you or opening vendors ever for you, go for it, i'm not gonna stop you but don't call us cheats when what we're donig is 100% IN REGULATIONS.
4) and what does any of this have to do with 3rd party macros? this is an IN GAME macro that you can type in and have work for you. there is no 3rd party anything here and the implications that there is, i feel is VERY serious, you need to watch your wording please.
some people are never greatful.... next time we find a way to help people i think we'll jsut keep it to ourself so ungrateful people such as yourself won't have anything to complain about. atleast that's what i'm gonna ask of my friend. Who, like i stated earlier posted this macro on here to help people, and as far as holo grinding yuppers i am. novice merchant might be nice once i'm done but for now and with publish 9 comming very soon i don't have the time or the pleasure to wait it out like the ''good old days'' and i don't feel bad in the least going through a profession i don't want, but will do for the badge and a holo grind (still need the last 5 profs for bages for my 100 badges badge) after 27 professions i'm kinda tired of doing them the slow way, and i'm clsoe to the prize, this is where i'm gonna push harder so as i find faster, honest, ways IN GAME WITHOUT USING A BUG OR EXPLOIT to lvl i'm gonan do it you know i can master rifleman killnig chuba's also, but am i gonan do that? no.

all i can say is, (clears throat) master emrchant in 1 and 1/2 more days

You should...

Maybe you could play the profession instead of seeing how fast you can grind it? What's the point in even having XP if you just intend to get to master in 30 seconds?

It's set up for per player, not per vendor. If it's now per vendor, there somethign was introduced that wasn't there before, or there is some loophole. The DEVS intended 50 xp per view per player per time period, not 50 xp per view per vendor per time period. Read the guide posted in this forum, read every post written answering hwo to get XP. Doing Merchant with viewing every vendor is a bug.

I did watch my wording, did you check your glasses? I said ID. Image Designer. As there is no accept macro, people have resorted to using autoclicking programs. I said nothing about a 3rd party program and merchant. Again you are defensive.

I don't hate anyone. Hate is a very strong word. And yes, I dislike the way the game is set up to force people to macro their way to all the professions to get Jedi. That is their choice, not mine. But when people come to the forums for a profession I love and I play and either say "Sheesh this profession sucks, tell me how to macro through it so I can be done with this trash" or find new ways to beat the system, then I have to say my peace.
It's not the players macroing their way through professions that is the problem, it is the attitude of some of those players, specifically when they ask for help or they reference the profession. The teen angst is boring.

never put my foot in my own mouth, i hate this class, i hate anything in the entertainer tree, and msot combat to be honest.

obviously your ego says you do >shrug< doesn't matter to me blah blah blah all you want, 100% truth, this class and anything in the entertainer line is for people that honestly don't want to play the game, or for people that that don't know how to. The only excpetion i can see to that are the miners that use it for the matanace reduction.
guys, seriously, this class isn't that hot and shouldn't be considered that hot no matter what, you're not some special class, you put up vendors... um yay.... seriously yay...
The class isn't worth having, it's kinda like the BH of the non-combat classes, looks cool, but there's nothing to it and never will be.
oh and jsut so i can say i am being creative... you guys are merchants wouldn't it be nice as a master merchant to ahve a skill like a permanent smuggler terminal slice wehre you can get your group more money for their missions due to their haggling skills? nuff said.

BS. we came here offering HELP to those that wanted to do it quickly and your first post was a direct shot at em and my friend. Until you started in on your little spheel the worst i had done was called someone a cracker, you need to remove your head from where the sun don't shine on you and realize that this is not a profession to love and adore to paly, you do nothing at all as a merchant. seriously you put up vendors... ohhhh pay less for your house? what else? nothing. This post is to help those people that realize this and want to TEF those stupid barker droids they gave you that we can't /addignore now to shut them up like we did you when you were doing it, and destroy them.
That's my next project i think. anyways enough of that, if you don't want the macro that's fine it's ehre for the people that do.
