Bazaar/Vendor
Vendors that are empty will no longer be visible on the planetary map (Ctrl-V).
Vendors that have been left empty or abandoned for two weeks will be deleted (owner will receive a warning message prior to deletion).
Email notifications have been added to advise vendor owners of the status of their vendor.
Fixed a bug that caused items to sometimes vanish from vendors.
Vendor item limits will now be based on player skill. (Players over either limit will not be able to add new items for sale on vendors).
Artisan Business 3 Get (1) Vendor, that will hold (50) items, for a total of (50) items for all vendors
Merchant Novice Get (2) Vendors, that will hold (60) items, for a total of (120) items for all vendors
Merchant Management 1 Get (3) Vendors, that will hold (70) items, for a total of (210) items for all vendors
Merchant Management 2 Get (4) Vendors, that will hold (80) items, for a total of (320) items for all vendors
Merchant Management 3 Get (5) Vendors, that will hold (90) items, for a total of (450) items for all vendors
Merchant Management 4 Get (6) Vendors, that will hold (100) items, for a total of (600) items for all vendors
Merchant Master Get (6) Vendors, that will hold (110) items, for a total of (660) items for all vendors

Dear God. I'm ruined.
I have a hell of lot more than 660 items. I can't believe how low this number is. What the heck purpose is it to have 6 vendors if you can only put 660 items for ALL SIX?!
I'm in shock.

660 items for a master merchant. I'm not going to be able to run a weaponsmiths I consider fully stocked. I'm actually feeling kind of sick right about now, as I have no idea what I'm going to do with the other1500 items I have in stock.
Rest of the vendor changes are great. Lose the limits. Or multiply by 10. Or make powerups come in 100 sized crates.

I have over 3000 items in stock all the time. This is horrible what am I going to do with all that clothing? I have a bunch of stuff running in factories right now. I guess now I have to find a place to stock all my crates of clothes until it is time to sell them

I'm sorry but that is a total piss take, 80 suits of armor 9 pieces each from one run 6 vendors 80 suits in each do the math. The devs are on crack cheap scates trying to reduce database load by messing the merchants up it should be 660 items per vendor at least. I tell you what if any of my stuff on my vendors thats gone over this limit is deleted i will be majorily pissed off.

This is NOT what I meant when i said mastering Merchant should be worth something.
<Sigh> Be careful what you wish for.
On the other hand I like the empty vendor changes hehe.
I'm anticipating a total <blank>storm.

I am a master merchant as well... these numbers are amazingly low... VERY unhappy here!

Update notes seem to have been deleted.... If we're very very lucky they'll have opted for the quiet life and removed the one lousy thing in an otherwise pretty excellent looking publish.

LOL...see what happens when you ask for change from SOE? These guys don't play the game at all! I sell only resource and I have over 500 items on my 2 vendors. Items allowed for Vendors are way too low.

This is waaaayyyy to low. Not to mention the fact that empty vendors will be deleted in 2 weeks!!!! This is regardless to whether they have maintenance on or not. This is ridiculous. What about us guys that put up wendors that are just for show. Some of which have been given ridiculously expensive outfits such as BH armor or Stormtrooper armor. There are quite a few of those around. This would all be lost in 2 weeks unless you put something on them for sale. Cmon, there has to be a better way.

fwiw I hope those are not the final numbers for the vendors and I am pushing hard to makie the totals aggregate instead of per vendor but there are technical issues with doing that.
Don't expect the number to double or triple though. They aren't kidding about limiting the number of items you can have for sale. Its going to be a challenge from this point forward to keep vendors stocked.
I am going to be doing some testing on Test Center this weekend but anyone who has a characater there please play it and test as much as you can and post your findings so we can make sure we get the devs the feedback on these changes.
