Now it appears they gonna ban all merchants that peeps using fake money shop from! Way to go SoE! No need for the merchant nerf now

Please don't panic about this stuff. No one should be banned unless they were actively involved in the credit duping. If someone gets caught up in it by accident they should petition the CSR's to review the evidence and see what can be done. There is nothing you can do to prevent someone from buying from your vendor, but if you knowingly work with someone to try to move credits you know are duped you will probably get caught....so don't do it and if you know of someoene trying to get you to do it report them immediately.

I can almost guarantee you that most of the "innocent" people you hear about getting banned turn out to be not so innocent. Those that are innocent generally get reinstated as soon as the review of the evidence is done.

And how long does it usually take to investigate and prove MY innocence?

If they sent you an email informing you of the ban there should be an email address in it to dispute the ban and to ask them to look at it again.

How do you know you were banned? Are you getting a message when you try to log in?

Same here. Tried to log in and saw that I was Banned. No email received and I have emailed with no response. I have tons of items go through my vendors and also through trades every day. Heck, I wouldn't have TIME to get involved in this.

Please just investigate my account and unban it!

I know that Thunderheart is already looking into this situation from earlier reports. Be patient. It is frustrating to be caught up in a net for something you are innocent of but they are trying to prevent a massive spread of duped credits into the economy.
