Thread: Publish 10 Merchant Issues
I had my shop placed on a friend's lots, and I wanted to get it back on my lots so I can change the name and so on. Now when we try to /transferstructure, it says that my Vendor "cannot be traded and must be removed before this structure can be transferred."

I have 7 vendors currently, 4 outside the Mining Outpost, but not in a player city, and 3 outside Coronet, also not in a player city. None of these vendors are showing on the map, and are paid up in maintenance and have plenty of stock.

Don't count on that. I've been making new vendors all day to spread out my wares, and none of the new ones showed up after I registered them on Planetary either. Sounds like a big bug that's hit most vendors in general, better off just waiting for a fix. If you have only a few items on your vendors, it couldn't hurt to empty them and make new ones and give it a shot. But I wouldn't place any faithin it to fix it, especially if it means emptying 500 items off to try it.

Server: Radiant
Player City: Trade Goods
Area: Near Coronet, inside the ring... you literally see the "You are now leaving Coronet." "You are now entering Trade Goods (Metropolis, Research Center)" one after another... or at least I think it's a Research Center.
Status:
Neither of my vendors (one Bazaar Terminal type, one NPC) show up on either map.
To make matters worse, if I try to use Unregister Vendor or Enable Ad Barking, I get "You can not see this object." I've gotten rid of the Terminal vendor, 'cause I had been planning on doing that when its maintenance ran dead... which was today.
Now, on to the odd part. Most, if not all, of the vendors in the Trade Goods mall, about 300m from me, show up. A good number of the ones in the Merchant Tents nearby the mall and shuttleport show up. However, I believe that the one thing these vendors have is that they're all "item heavy." We're talking 600+ items, last time I looked. Perhaps this relates in some way as to why some still show up, while others don't?
Oh, and as to the missing categories... the Vendor folder only displays subfolders that it has vendors for. Since a lot of vendors aren't being found, the empty categories don't display.

All Registered vendors in Merchant tent appear on appropriate planetary maps (CTRL-M and CTRL-V). The vendors in the PA hall do not appear on any maps. Register/unregister, etc., has no effect.
Also, my vendors that have bark enabled are now greeting each other in addition to greeting customers.
