Based on my tests with grouped pets last nite that may not work. I am lvl 80 and sic'ed my pet on a lvl 15 CuPa. The CuPa ate him for lunch and then came for me. I had no trouble killing him so the lvl doesn't seem
(at least for pets) to pass to others individualy in the group
