I did that, logged back on and my inbox was NOT empty. (as it has been for over 3 months now)

All of my old email (before September) is lost forever it seems, but at least it is working correctly now.

Dang I got a crappy CSR response then, I was online both times my ticket was responded to, and all this person did was send me canned email (and he sent those twice each). Well, I'll just chalk this up to the same poor service I got when I had a vendor eat a heavy harvestor, which I had full documentation for, but it was 'too bad for you.' Well that's one way to reduce the CSR workload, by not doing anything to help the customer.

Thanks to CSR-MervK and PadreBook we have found out that the /emptyMail command does fix this issue, however it only clears out a limited amount of mail at a time, so please try using /emptyMail command until you get the "unable to empty mailbox" message. Thank you!

Don't recieve emails when logged off

Vendor is on lok, but the issue is beyond that, the vendor is irrelevent, i just don't get email period

spamming the /emptymail command for several minutes fixed it for me.

One use of the command does nothing it seems. I wish i had known this a long time ago.

I suspected that when I first found out about the command after I did it a few times the mail icon started flashing like there was new mail but when I opened it is still empty, I figured I had to be getting close to where the mailbox would show me it's contents no matter how laggy as I had happen a couple times in that some location (inside a starport ticket terminal area).
