To tell you the truth, Samwise, I was glad that someone picked up on the root of my name. I never concidered it an insult for you to call me Balki since that is is my RL nickname given to me in college. It perterbed me when I first got it, but in time it became something of a symbol of pride, since so many other friends that I knew never had thier nicknames stick. It is a term of endearment to me, and I would be happy for any one on this board to call me by it.
All anyone ever has to do is have a emailed contract signed between the merchant and the crafter. If disputes from that contract occur, it is the duty of the CSR to investigate and determine if wrong-doing has been perpetrated. It falls in a similar class to griefing another players, and thats what the CSR's are here to investigate.

hard boil first to solidify them, then freezein a thin layer of ice..you'll get some more shatter damage that way too
