Hi,


I've been working on a centralised style merchant manager, which I have called SWG Vendor Sales Manager.

The main benefits of collecting the data centrally is that server and game wide statistics can be generated from lots of merchants, for example the average price of an item or the demand for a particular resource type.

Call me retarded, but how exactly does this thing work? I hear lots of you saying how much you love it, but would like to know more information about it. Is there a users guild, that I can read to decide if it is for me? Do you just download it, and it does the work, or do you have to enter information, just looking for a use guild. Thanks.

I get the same bug that the people on the last page mentioned. I JUST downloaded this and have nothing set up yet, was trying to archive my stuff, but the error came up. Dunno how to get around that, or is there even a way to get around it?



Is there any other programs out there like this? Don't seem like I can bypass that error.


ADDED: And I seen in the headers that it is version 12. I just downloaded it, and says version 11, why is that?

The main error I get is caused by items with an imbedded carriage return in their name. Sofa Chairs have this (and you can't get rid of it). Any items that you craft with multi-line names will have it too.


If you go through the saved mail files and find and delete the offending email you can try again.
It's always the next sale after the last one in its list when it crashed.


Always completely quit and restart the program after you do this.
