Then figure it out, you got hit by a bug, send in a bug report and a ticket, being polite in both, and carry on with playing the game...


You may get some help with retrieving the lost goods, you may not, either way has it really hurt you in any real way?


Software has bugs, this is to be expected, there is no need to makea big deal out of it.




Yes, but instead of tracing down that bug, or replacing a vendor with the one that took 7 hours of trying to make (note I didn't even say the contents) I get form letters from CSRs stating they can do nothing and suggesting I take my issue to the forums, where again nothing will be done.
