ok, no joke....this one time....This imp (no offense) comes into my house to search my vendors.... he is in a guild I do not care for so I ban the guild from my house. (really annnoying guild)....then he sends me a tell...."why did I get banned?" I tell him because of the company you hang with. He starts sending lots of tells and finally says..."from now on, my guild will no longer shop here"....I said ok. then he says "you dont get it....we will no longer buy from your vendors." again I said ok.....then he says..."you are going to lose sooo much money now that we have decided to no longer shop at your vendors."...ROFLMAO....gee, is that what the ban list does??? golly gee.

I find that explaining does no good, as they refuse to believe that you don't want their business

It is a poor business practice to kick customers out of your store. But you do have the power in SWG to do that. I for another find that their credits are just as good as any other and I can always /ignore them if I want. If they are bothering other paying customers then it is a good business practice to kick them out
. It depends on the situation. I will say that you should try to keep your emotions out of it and look at the situation logically.

Heh, I would have responded with "so?" "are you still there?"

personally ive only banned people in the past for actuall reasons. but i find myself taking them off after a week or so.
anyways i saw a level 2 combantant get ganked. he clearly was a noob and didnt quite understand the whole outvert idea, another player knew this and still killed him, ban,
jerks=ban
being ajerk to me=ban (one guy actually said "what the hell does a noob like you have to buy here.")

after getting a 9 digit bank account, I value amusement over credits. I would much rather ban the idiot and teach him/her some manners than get the few k s/he may or may not spend in my shop. I play for fun, and my fun comes before someone else's fun

If someone wants to be a jerk in my shop, that's fine...they usually leave some credits behind anyhow, I take that as an apology for being an idiot.
Oh, and btw, Elyssa is a troll
