A second account isn't going to help. I mean, what is one to do? Have resource vendor 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and then Loot vendor 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 on the next account?

The 110 limit really screws how you present your merchandise to the consumer. No matter how many accounts you have... 110 isn't enough.

6 vendors isn't enough, so my second account is picking up merchant. NOT because I need more SPACE, but because I have different things to sell.

The other account can give you another 660 spaces to sell stuff, but will clutter up malls, cause SERIOUS lag, and be confusing for customers. Many don't pay attention. If you have a vendor with just accessories, some will walk away thinking you have no clothes because they don't look. It all needs to be in front of them.

And, I can't imagine. lol. A mall with 6 weapons vendors, 6 tailor vendors, 6 armor vendors, 6 loot vendors, 12 resource vendors, 6 chef vendors... etc. You'd run out of room!

Well the mall would be large. LIke the size of a guildhall or something. But like i said the mall can be owned by merhcants with the manager tree or master merchant. In larger cities there can be more then one mall.

IN RL I live in Miami. We have over 30 malls. And Dadeland mall which isclose to my hosue is one of the largest in the usa. In my old neighborhood there was always a huge mall and 5 years ago they built a new mall across a street. Im not talking stripmall imtalking huge malls. Malls can really help this game. And drive down prices. The mall would take up the lots foa merhcant. like 8 so they can have a home still. And for the harvesters tough luck do it like in rl you buy materials from others. IN RL say for example sony. Sony does notmine the metals and stuff they buy it in bulk. Then they manufacture the goods. And then they sell it in bulk to a merhcant. And then you see it in Best buy or something. You can expand the merchant proffession into a huge assortment. I sell raw meterials in my server. With one harvester I extract so much ore. And i pay maybe 30k in matenacne a week. Then i sell all that ore for 1cpu-2cpu to architects. I Just sold 100k today if you donot belive me. I make 70k for doing nothing. There should be a new profession called miner. And let the miners harvest all that raw meterial.Sell it to the weaponsmiths and amror smihts and architects. And then those proffessions can go ahead and sell in bulk to merchants. This is how it works. If you want to have this huge stock pile your a merhcant. If you want to be a mom and pop business and do everything yourself well you have to comprimise. get skills in miner and have 2 harvesters. Then but a house and make a shop. 2 lots. Then with your amror or weaponsith or drodi or ship or architect skills make the stuff then with your merhcant skills sell yourstuff. If you do all of it yourself you should not be able to have huge stockpiles of inventory liketrue master maerhcnats shoudl have. Or again allow these master merhcnats to sell rent space in mall. to these self made people. They can use more lots on harvesters. And make more hings and hold them in warehouses.

really do enjoy the idea of a nice merchant experiance. But in my server it ismonoploized and it sucks.

There is so many ideas and things you can do to this game. But sadly the devs forcus on making dumb quests. Like the DWB. I'm a PvPer now, yetI could care less to go there and die.

Yes, there are many malls in a town, but NO store is limited to the amount of overstock or back stock they can keep in the back.

Lag is a huge issue. Guildhalls are costly. The system wasn't broken before.

What you are proposing completely kills the little guy. Instead of little shops with little things, you have wholesalers selling to big buyers. Yeah a major architect group could buy 100k stacks of stuff, but what about the individual who needs 20k? Is an architect then expected to sell off their overstock to people?

Yes, miners could bark spam about what they have to sell, but that would also require that both the customer and the seller being on line at the same time to bark the ad, read the ad, and meet up to sell? That's hugely inconvenient.

On top of that, we really don't need more barker spam. "I have 30k of iron pst" is not something I want to see at every starport. Also, that would reduce that kind of exchange to coronet and theed, and again, cut out the small towns that want a piece of the game, but aren't near those areas.

I don't want to spend all my time barking my wares, nor do I want to spend all my time watching spam to see if one person has the amount of Dol. Iron I need. I'd rather go to a vendor and have the choice of resources, and stacks I need.

I have better things to do with my time than spend it selling, or hunting down articles I need. That's what vendors do for me. Allow my customers 23 hour a day access, and allow me to find what I need on my time, not the sellers time.

Folks,

There are people like Darth on every forum.

The simple solution is /ignore and when you see his post don't post on it.

Some people are born jerks, others work at it, I wonder where Darth fits.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.
