Darth,
This cap will destroy most crafters, including (perhaps especially) architects! If you're proposing that people should have to buy more houses from you in order to store resources and components instead of having a storage vendor, then how in the world would you expect them to harvest anything?? Even discounting the number of lots we have available, there's the maintenance factor.. I'd need to use9 lots just for storage of components and resources, which would mean paying an extra 16k/week just in maint fees, not to mention having to run around like crazy to grab the resources I need to craft a particular item... Ialso could no longer harvest resources.
I usually have about 6 harvestors going. I also have a medium house (which is full), and have one vendor for resource storage (which has a few hundred items usually). I have 4 other vendors currently for selling my goods. I know of an architect who has way more need of storage than I do! Bottom line is, if this is implemented the way it is listed I don't expect I'd stay around much longer, and sony would lose my $25/month (for 2 accounts)...
With the one artisan vendor you can stock enough : 50 backpacks full of items (as a filled backpack only counts as one item). Don't tell me you need more then that !

Good for you dearone. Well done.
As for the rest of you ... I would'nt worry too much about views like this.
When the Poodoo hit's the fan it's people like this who will be the first to get upset and cry foul. Just wait for the first time he has to replace his 80% stun compo suit due to damage. Watch all smiley faced as he walks into the local AS shop to find prices have quadrupled and start giggling if the said shop is out of stock ... again. Now watch him traipse off to the next AS who only sells 50% Stun, but has it priced stupidly high, because it's in stock and knows it will eventually sell. Our dear customer has to grudgingly pay over the odds, but is still kinda happy in thinking this nerf has'nt affected him too badly (He likes staring at blank walls... No furniture to buy, likes walking ... no speeders available ... loves having to go back to basics using swords, as no stun batons were available). Now watch as he gets steamrollered by the next PVP'er who still has a decent compo suit.
Won't affect you ? I think not.
*DISCLAIMER : Extreme examples have been used .. but you get the idea.*

Ok public enemy #1 what are your proffesions?
Here were my proffessions.
Artisn, Architect, Merchant, Marksman, Scout, BH, Carbiner, CH, Pistoler, and politican
When i started the game I wanted to be a BH and when I retire move to a small town and open a shop.
What happened was I moved to an Imperial CIty. Became an architect and merchant cause of the holo grind.Andthen became mayor of the city and the 2nd in command. Then I kicked my leader who sold under guns and armor to rebels. But we are at a truce now, VALUTHOR! And started my own PvP guild.
I noticed how the merhcants all didn't care about the factions and sold to opposing factions. When I was a architect it was hard to sell cause everyone have small house slave vendor. I Liked in beta how the bazzars were vibrant and so were the player cities. This should help that. When I was a merhcant I didn't make anything. I bought and resold eveything on foot and barely used my vendors. I think merhcant and politican should not even be classes. I think politican can be anyone. And when you become mayor you open a new proffession iwth it all 0 points. And for Merhcnat I think you should be able to buy as many vendors as you like but the latenacne should be threw the roof.
But that is my 2 cents. The cap will bring life to the cities again.
DarthEhsan wrote:It hurts architects when merchants can have vendors of storage. These merchants have one house with vendors and a slave vendor and then 8 lots of harvesters is crazy. I'm glad the devs figured this out. Also this will help the bazzars finnaly. I loved how the bazzars were so full of things back in the day.I also im glad it will kill off all the vendors of non merchant people.
I agree DarthEhsan. I agree 100%. I just think the cap could be slightly higher. Maybe have a total of 1000 items on all vendors, no limit per vendor.

He's already shunned as a known exploiter, and someone who took over a guild that wasn't his, then proceeded to destroy it.

Man it is good this guy is on wonderhome or I would have all merchants shun him.

Hey, dumbass? Some of us Architects are MERCHANTS too...
Did you think I sold houses and harvesters on the bazaar?
This cap hurts architects just as much as anyone else.
