1) Do you currently have the Merchant skills necessary to maintain the vendor?

Yes, me and a friend both had vendors in the same mall...all disappeared

2) Did the vendor have items for sale?

Yes, mine had about 10, my friends had hundreds

3) Did the vendor have maintenance paid on it?

Yes, plenty

4) Have you either made a sale or listed a new item for sale from your inventory on the vendor within the last 2 weeks?

Yes, probably about a week ago

5) How long ago did the vendor disappear?

6) Did you receive any warning emails before the deletion, and if so, what type and how many?

No

[Edit] - Oh yeah, and only the NPC vendors disappeared, no terminals.

- and the names of the vendors still appear on the overhead map

We have had two completely different CSRs replace deleted vendors as of last week on Tempest that I am aware of.

I suggest giving it a try. Your situation doesn't sound much different that my guildmates.

Just had 2 disappear a couple hours ago. Both had about 70-75+ max BER harvesters on both and sales have been great the last couple days. Even sold some just today(the day they dissappeared).

1) Yes

2) Yes, over 70+ items on each.

3) Yes, 42 days paid on both.

4) Yes, actually had quite a few sales on both on same day they disappeared.

5) About 2 hours ago....

6) None at all.

Had one poof last night.

Maint paid, have dropped NO skills from Merchant, had 100+ days of maint paid, had 10+ items on it (It's a rare loot vendor), plenty of maint on the building.

I walked into my 'Junkman's Daughter' location, and 2 of the 3 vendors appeared on my screen, but not the third. Funny thing, while I'm browsing either of the other 2, I can still see my items on the 3rd that vanished.

If a poisonous snake is dropped on top of you from a gyrocopter, don’t freak out and shoot your own driver with your arrow gun, making the vehicle lose control and blow up. Its probably just as scared as you are.

Two vendors, one used mainly for storage of bulk resources and sale of misc items, the other for loot items and space junk. Had taken some threads off one vendor to put in an autoloom, checked the other for a missing thread. Drove into town to get one from the bazaar.

Got back to the PA Hall, did a trade with a friend who was overt, so I got tef'd and kicked from my own building while the overt folk stayed indoors and had a good giggle at the flying muppet vanishing out the door.

Came back in, the vendors had vanished. Checked in house inventory using the dropped bag trick, no sign of them, also terminal says am at my full compliment of vendors (have a third in another building). So they still 'exist'.

Have logged, got tother folk to come look, tried 'targetting, no joy.

1) Do you currently have the Merchant skills necessary to maintain the vendor? Yes.

2) Did the vendor have items for sale? Oh yes. 300+ items

3) Did the vendor have maintenance paid on it? Yes. They are kept with >10 days maint.

4) Have you either made a sale or listed a new item for sale from your inventory on the vendor within the last 2 weeks? Yes, had actually just placed a couple of items for sale, withdrawn some stuff.

5) How long ago did the vendor disappear? Only an hour. I'm still in shock...

6) Did you receive any warning emails before the deletion, and if so, what type and how many? None, not a one, nuthin'. First thing I checked for, jic I'd missed something.

*** Logged in today, vendors were back and afaic no items are missing. Checked and confirmed they had maintainance, all was as it should be.

With hindsight, I may have been 'in the process of creating a vendor' as I had an uninitialised vendor in another building. DOn't know if this is conected / associated withthe bug, but its worth knowing ***

1) Yes Master Level

2) Yes, not many, but enough to keep it going, but more was gonna be added.

3) Yes, when it was put up, had put about 20-30k worth of maintance in it. Only 1 of my 7 that were up at the time, disappeared

4) No

5) About 4 days ago now

6) No mail about deletion was made.

Side note, have sent in a bug report and a ticket on my missing vendor, have recieved 1 reply so far on ticket at the time of this posting.

Update: Found out because of the new system in place, and due to inactivity on the vendor for a period of 1 month, that it was deleted from the system, and they won't replace the items that was on the vendor either due to the inactivity. What a waste of resources and $$ into the vendor (including the clothes it wore).
