BTW I don't have an opinion about this offer one way or the other but please keep in mind that cross server credit exchanges or item swaps are not prohibited but they are unprotected. If you get scammed the CSR's will not help you. It is not a supported function and you are on your own without a net if you agree to do this with another player.

Seriously though, I can't see it being feasible to keep 600 heavies on 90% concentrations...just the travel time involved in surveying enough 90% nodes and moving the harvs to new spots would probably take too much time to be completed before the resources shifted.
I find it pretty unbelievable that anyone could mine so much on their own, but perhaps he bought a lot of it. I bought around 2 million units of our iorov (uber poly copper) back when it was in shift for 2-5cpu, and I consider my resource usage to be very small-time compared to the high volume crafters on the server (so I'm not very close to any large-scale mining operations). A well-tuned resource merchant with a lot of connections to miners mightbe able to buy muchlarger amounts of resources for lower prices and assuming he pricked the right ones that would continue to be high demand, he could resell themfor higher prices later. His 3 billion units might very well be what he's currently invested in and holding until he feels the risk of a new shift ruining a resource's value has become great enough to outweigh the prospect of further growth in value.
Still though, he seems to be a "trade with me cause I'm rich" kinda guy rather than a "trade with me cause I won't rip you off" kinda guy. I'd make him pay first.

Honestly id belive the billion credits, i know quite a few people that have mulit billion credtis
as for 3 billion resources, not in a million years.. Im a huge miner on raidant, and busted my ass,, i have 100m units atm.. and thats cuase ive been mining and saving since last december.. I run a 45 harvester empire with many mobiles, sorry statonarys just dont cut it for high end stuff. That is what 30 times what i have?? Not unless its run by about 50 people and if it isnt ill tell you 75% of that would be total crap. Any miner knows that statonarys are total crap when it comes to the good stuff.. sure you get lucky a once every month or 2, but 9 times outta 10 if you are mining something good its under 40%
even at 100 heavies, that would take a long long time to get that much.. besides if he is making all these creidts, and buying stuff what does that mean he has mined about 5 billion or 8 billion c=units? some how i just dont belive it.. If soo id make a toon on that server just too see his store cuase a store like that would be a site to behold.
Sure he probly has money to trade,, but i think the amounts he talking he talking out his arse....

Thanks for everyone for their interest in this post. 
. But still no big responses to my money trade. I guess that is alright. I can only say what I have is what I have.I had no interest in the Forum until March so that should clear up any descrepancies. But I haven't been playing that long anyway. I have my secrets but all within the confines of the rules in the game. This my last post here in this profession forum. No results should have stuck to the Trade forum. Everyone have fun and best of luck. Wilstar.

Agreed. I run amedium-sized operation of 20 mobile heavies and in the last 12 months, I haveowned 157 million units of resources. This includes current stock and sold stock. Some (perhaps as much as 25%) of these were purchased rather than self-harvested using profits from resource sales.
If I ran my business really efficiently, I perhaps could have a billion credits. But there is no way I could have 3 billion units of resources legitimately. Harvesting would take 500 or more heavy harvesters and buying at 1 cpu would take 3 billion credits. Either way, it looks unlikely, to put it mildly.

Come on lets see it.. show me your suit of RIS, your krayt t-21, your unliimited mind poison NS lance, your +25 combat suit..anyone with that many credits and resources would have at least 2 of the above.. even if they dont use it. cuase if you gonna brag about your credits and resources,, your gonna brag about loot too.You dont have one with out the other.Eveyone knows people like this on the server and they got the loot to back it up.
Give me the Wp, let me check out one pack full of iron.. let me see the vendor with 10 pages of stock,,
