From what I have heard is a lot of the legit high name crafters on my server (taken with a grain of salt of course) did exactly what the CSR told them to do, they did not move the credits, they submitted the ticket, tipped the money to the SOE collector and then they got banned.

I know that Thunderheart is already looking into this situation from earlier reports. Be patient. It is frustrating to be caught up in a net for something you are innocent of but they are trying to prevent a massive spread of duped credits into the economy.

How exactly is that our problem? We're not responsible for their game bugs and we shouldn't have to worry about our accounts being terminated because they can't run an investigation without banning swarms of innocent players. This isn't the first time they've jumped the gun because of an exploit (and I'm sure it won't be the last.)

I agree that duped credits need to be dealt with but there is no excuse to ban innocent players......None!

I think those unfairly banned should be compensated for lost gaming time and inconvenience. A free 60 day game card or something. Didn't it occur to them that people with duped credits may go to vendors and try to spread the cash around?
