Arguing that someone's profession is useless and should be removed, or all its abilities dispersed among the masses is hardly respectful either.

I hope that I haven't been disrepectful. But the fact that I disagree with the Devs on the very existance of the Merchant class in no way reflects on you, or anyone else who has made a go of it. I am an Architect first and Merchant second. Unless and until (and maybe even if) Merchants get the tools to sell on consignment and/or reasonable protections for me, the item maker, against being ripped off, anyone who DOES make this system work has my regards. You are fighting an uphill battle, using kluges and workarounds to fullfill an incomplete and incoherent vision. I have to say regards as opposed to respect--while I don't disrepect you, I do consider you somewhat insane....

If you're arguing for my profession to be removed, or it's abilities diluted, then you better believe it affects me.
