You would find me kicked back in my custom built chair in my office at city hall jawing with one of the locals. We would look at you for a bit and suggest you might be looking for the lone imperial who lives in the township..just over to the south.. can't miss his hous it says "Town Drunk" on the sign. Hmm I have no idea what planet you come from but it obviously isn't one with sentient life.

Why in the name of the force shouild merchants be able to construct shopping malls? And that Architect have a monopoly on building, Woo Woot I never realised that.

If you want to build stuff try and become an architect.
