Please DEVS/SONY give master merchants the ability to use a deed called shop/mall,
would be excellent for this shop to have maybe 1k-2k items storage ability...
And a few different types ie..small - large...
And let us craft it ourselves...Architects have to much of a hold on deed crafting.
(VendorsARE overloaded with non for sale items (ie bags of stock) because housing storage ability is way to low.) so fix this housing storage problem and your vendor database server will be less abused AND RUN FASTER.)
NO TO VENDOR ITEM CAPS
YES TO BAZAAR BID INCREASES (SHOULD BE ALLOWED ANY AMOUNT LIKE BAZAAR IN EQ)
Please bring on the Master Miner Profession (Only allow Miners to craft Harvestors)
Architect should only be able to craft housing and furniture.

It would only "move the monkey". The items would still exist, and some other system would be overloaded instead. Further more when people have used up the 2k items in thair mall they would start using vendor again...
The game does not reward us for destroying items, if fact it only rewords us for creating more items. So it is a given that as time go player will aculeate an ever increasing number of items.
That bring said, I would like malls to exist as a building for us. But not with increased storage capacity. Instead they should have plenty for floor space, be well lit by white light, and have a wall/floor/ceiling type that looked shop like.

Oh and this incorporated into the shop/mall deed.
Id give anything to have a office with a overall management terminal, fax machine, email, telephone, secretary droid, workshop, salesrooms.. /drool
something that would be entirely great for the merchant class would be a management console inside a 'corporate office' type class spacific building. This console would allow Master Merchants to manage thier entire business from one place. Imagine, if you will, logging into the game and sitting down at your big desk and logging into your terminal. You will be able to set prices on all your products for sale, auto-request new product from your suppliers, set up new contracts with new and old suppliers, purchase commodities from the bazaar and have it shipped automatically to your stockrooms and sell it on your own vendors. Turn the gears of capitolism right from the comfort of your big plush office on the top floor of your massive office building. Then when that tires, get into your speedy new ground car, ride off towards your favorite killing grounds and lay waist to the baddies there. All it a days work, eh? Ahh well, a man can dream.

You can make you office is a building, just takes a bit of creative decorating. And if you have one of your vendors there you can se all your other vendors stock rooks and re-sell the things that dropped to them, accept the offers from your suplyers, and re-sell the wares they droped off. You can even order new stock by email from your suppliers, after checking what you have sold. You can use the chat rooms and tells for the "telephone" (though com-link sounds like a better IC name, short version for "communication linkup").
Much of what you ask for is already there, you just have to be creative... The tools that we are missing are networking tools, market analysing tools, shipment, and of cause the ability to join forces with other merchants.

A desk? Well no good ones really exist, but you can make one out of a few of peaces. Like a 2 "Chest 1" and a "End Table " for a metal look, or something likes that. I believe there even is a topic where there each weak is show cased another creative house interior design.
The architect forum can properly provide few good links to people who have pages about it, or perhaps even put you in touch with an interior designer for your server.
