Here is something to try,

As an armorsmith i too would like to have a macro email dealy where i can use the %TT and send them the email, but this is my idea (still not tried). I currently have 15 chitin sets that i made in my factory, so i wanted to a create a stats sheet. Create the whole email how you would like it to look, then email it to yourself. When you find somebody interested in your prices or watnot, open up your email and forward it to them. Seems like it would work.
