Merchant might take longest, but it is the EASIEST. You don't even have to DO anything, just set up vendors as you can, and wait it out. I didn't get it for my holo, but I'm mastering it while I master pistoleer (holo prof), just in case

Merchant is the one xp where you LOSE money going up in skill, how ironic is that?

Easiest = Image Designer, just sit there and click accept about thirty thousand times You need no money, and you aren't dependent on anyone else (except for App points and training, of course).
