And LadyGrey said

"I love my pink protocol droid"

and then I thought,

"Is that some sort of euphemism?"

Every time I get my mind out of the gutter it gets me in more trouble than when it's in the gutter.

Maybe I'll have to...ummm...master...after all. The pink protocol droids don't bark, but evidently they hum, eh?

When you're a Master Merchant your schlong grows to 16 inches. I don't know how the female Merchants handle it but I find it to be pretty cool (wins me a lot of bets).

I'm working on getting Master Merchant and I'm quite excited by it. I'll probably keep Master for as long as it takes me to see "congratulations you've got a new badge" and then to press

Ctrl-s
Click on Master Merchant
Click on Surrender Skill
type "yes"
and press enter.

So I'm looking at maybe 5 or 6 second if I'm typing one handed :-)

I enjoy dressing my vendors. I go shopping specifically for them at times.

I ignore this post for a few days and the converstion just gets...interesting.

I wonder if the Protocol droid would be considered as bad of a perk if it did bark? I know that getting one was a bit of a status symbol for me..until I realized that I couldn't have it greet my patrons in the front of my store. Then it just became a joke to me.

There is also btw an undocumented additional vendor maintenance reduction at Master. Its not really all that relevant because of the low costs of the vendors in the first place.

Ah, I keep forgetting about that one, Doc. But then, on the other hand....whenever I need an extra skill point or two - like for instance, earlier this morning - Advertising IV is always the first to go. What is it that I get for that skill box - a saving something on the order of what, 24 credits/day? Stop the madness!

I've always go the merchant points banked to pick it up again anytime I want it. Oh well, there are far more critical issues for the devs to be focusing on right now - those poor DE folks most of all. At least our profession works for the most part....our skill tree is just looking a little barren, is all. *shrug*

Btw, Doc, thanks for the work you do for us. I don't say that often enough.

Right now most of the efforts are focused on Combat Rebalance and DE revamps. But as the notes for Publish 7 show they are starting to slip user feedback driven things into the mix on a monthly basis so our chances for getting some of our smaller requests is greater than it was 2 months ago. We'll see.
