Have they? So far I see them investigating, and gathering information.. I haven't seen them say "Yes, there is a bug that deletes your vendor items at the 14-day mark."
Well anyhow.. just splitting hairs.. :-)

I can tell you that they have admitted it exists to me. I am hoping to get an official announcement about this soon. It should be good news too.
thank you for your answer doc....glad to know you seem to be on our side...
this brings up another issue though...the pathetic ticket system....
i am only allowed i ticket...
i have one going already....i am trying to get it resolved but they just keep going in circles...at least i catually have screenies to prove what i am saying in the ticket...which is also vendor related and concerns vendor sales not giving the approriate amount of money and then the money just vanishing
if i delete it and start a new one then it will never be resolved
sorry but i think that CSR tickets are a virtual black hole
Just to be clear the announcement I am hoping for is about the fix for this issue. I have had no information about any detailed reimbursement. I suspect they are going to leave that to the CSR system which I doubt is not really up to the job
I would love to hear some good news too.

hehe csr tickets arent the problem imo...its the level of service you receive when you submit them that is the problem.
For example, my child placed a house and the door was blocked and he could not enter to redeed. VERY simple problem. I submit a ticket saying "My house is located at 3345, -4573 (made up) on Naboo. I placed the house and can not enter the door. The house needs to be moved or redeeded somehow so I can gain entry."
FIVE days later, I get a CSR response.. "Thank you, can you please reply to this with the location of the house."
It took 5 days for a response asking me to rewrite my ticket with the EXACT same info. So now my ticket has to be handled twice. If every ticket has to be handled at LEAST twice (many are much more) it obviously slows down response time tremendously. The solution would be for the CSRs to actually 'read' the ticket before wasting their time and ours. This would speed up their response time and make us much happier campers as we got faster/better service and we didnt feel like we were talking to a brick wall.
