Cheers for the response, I hope it will help others decide, and help them get on with their businesses, and not delete/sell off items or quit the game unnecessarily at this time.

I imagine on Test Center the figures need to be low, to test the system, otherwise if they were high, it would take forever to test the system. Imagine putting up 5000 items to test limit, taking them off, putting them back on several items, which people wouldn't do on live, would take forver, so instead the figure is reduced to 110. I also imagine 110 limit was done to test the page swap in game, make sure everything was displayed right.

I really think everyone, including myself, have been panicking for no reason.

I'm also glad its not going to be unlimited either. I tried using it as storage, for Droid components, when I first got the vendor, but continually restocking it was a complete pain, took about 30 mins a time, and then couldn't be bothered to travel back to restock it straight away on one occasion, a few days went by (which was actually a couple of weeks), and lost the items anyway. At least we will know what it can hold, and won't end up losing the stuff, and only craft what we can manage.

You're out of time, SOE The whole 2.5 months shouldn't have been. The game was fine up until Nov 15th. If the CU was worked on, instead of devoting time to the NGE (including the many months prior to November), the game could possibly be totally bug free by now.

My account cancels on 2nd Feb, which was a waste as only played game for 1 day to get the life day gifts, will be resubbing when creature handler, Bio-engineer, scout, and ranger return, oh and the FS village.

But I still maintain that they won't be unlimited or so high that they are effectively unlimited. The devs want you to make chioces about what to stock and they wan't you to stop using the vendors as unlimited storage. That is a pretty obvious message from them. Like it or not we have to deal with it.

I ALREADY make choices about what I want to stock.

This changes does NOTHING about unlimited storage. Even at 110 per vendor x 50, 33,000 isn't virtual unlimited storage? It doesn't stop the bad stuff - just the good stuff - and that is the problem.

And no, frankly - they provided the core design which mandates excessive resources and storage NEEDS, designed aresource system constantly spewing unique materials- THEY are going to have to deal with it, it's not OUR problem.

I'd call this a half-arsed 'fix' - except it don't fix anything - not even on their end.
