Devs, you're completelely ruining the game at the moment, everyone is starting to sell their stock at really low low prices, to get rid of it due to the proposed limits of 50-660. Its completely stupid if they don't have to, if you plan raising these limits or not bothering with this whole revamp what so ever.
Please, for the sake of everyone, please pull the plug on this Merchant revamp, until you can decide the limits and what you will do, after taking into account our suggestions, then give one full publish notice, so people can then act accordingly.
I'm telling you all this uproar is totally ruining the gaming experience at the moment, and this is coming from a combined crafter/merchant/combatant player.
When I received an email about someone selling their stuff of cheap, I thought "wow, gonna get me some of that!" but then thought "but this is completely sad", and didn't think it was so great after all. These people are only selling their stuff this cheap due your currently announced limits of 50-660, which might not be anyway.
I totally love this game, I love Star Wars, but all this nonsense has to stop, its totally depressing, and not even I can take much more of this. If I didn't like the game so much none of this would bother me much.
Games are meant to be fun and bring enjoyment, but at the moment its not, even with merchant exploit fully functional. I've never felt such a lack of enjoyment from a game as much as I'm experiencing with Star Wars Galaxies right now. Even playing PSO with its static repetitive boring gameplay always remained enjoyable all the time I played that for 3 years.
Until some solid proper announcement is made, of the Merchant revamp, this game is ruined.

Well TH did say. "I know there are many concerns about various topics in the community, but we will get to them
I'm out for now, but we'll have more infotomorrow."
but of course that doesnt really help because he said that yesterday.

These changes are only on TEST center.

yes and they have a habbit of test center to live.
Thats why the up roar to stop it or try to before it hits us and everyone walks off the game.
I m worried because i have 300 items on my vender my houses and factories are full i cant pull my items off no place to store them.
so I too will have to have a sale or start deleating vendered items,
all that time and resources down the drain.

Can't believe my first post got 1 star (can with the /sing 2nd post though) as once their is a proper announcement then people can go back to playing the game (or leaving), and leave the forums alone, and stop wondering whether to sell their stuff or not, and everybodies headaches will be gone. I guess everybody must love headaches then??!!

Just to clarify, I'm not fussed in any way about getting 5 stars, just thought it odd someone would 1 star a thread which has the intention of putting an end to everyones headaches.

All I can tell you is that I don't make decisions about how to conduct my business on StarSider based on changes on TestCenter. When those get closer to moving to live I'll make my decisions about how to deal with them then. At this point I am almost 100% certain that the limits currently on TC will be rasied rather dramatically. But I still maintain that they won't be unlimited or so high that they are effectively unlimited. The devs want you to make chioces about what to stock and they wan't you to stop using the vendors as unlimited storage. That is a pretty obvious message from them. Like it or not we have to deal with it.
