IF you want to close...and I'm not going to...how about changing your house sign to "Closed during Duping Scandal,"unregistering your vendors, having your vendors say something like please do not buy any merchandise during this time of duped credits, and putting up a 50k access fee?
... probably because exactly none of that will even slow a duper down if he wants to buy stuff off your vendor. Well, clicking through the access fee box might, but only for the amount of time it takes to click.

unlisting vendors and sticking them in the middle of nowhere are all good ideas. But people might want to keep in mind that setting prices ridiculously high is not going to drive off a duper they way it does ordinary players. A duper who is looking to unload massive amounts of credits is going to salivate when he sees items listed for 9999999. Lets him dump 10 million credits in one transaction.

I had venders all over the place, on 3 different plants.. I just put a vender in one of my houses, moved everything to that one vender, dropped an entry fee and priced eveerything at 99999999
they are also unregistered and the house is out in the middle of nowhere.
though I'm angry enough just to delete the whole lot and cancel my subscriptions
