Nope, won't visit even after fee is dropped because I won't ever bother to check a store ever again, because I'll remember there was a fee.
fee = /ignore forever
And that is your right of course. I visited a store last night that advertised Wookie Armor.. the vendor was empty and the crafter ran past me saying "The armor will be up in a few hours I still have components in the factory" Well I'm not going back. I feel a little like he scammed me into coming into his shop with false advertising. He doesn't have any wookie armor. (I think I paid a credit to find out that vendor was empty too). The point is that even if he has the best armor on the server he lost my business becuse he had that advertising up. If he hadn't..and he had put it up later I might have become a regular visitor. (And it is possible he had Wookie Armor an hour before though he didn't say he did...but the advertising of an emptry vendor leaves me feeling scammed and unwilling to trust that merchant again)
Keep the 1 credit if your wish. Realize and accept that some people will decide not to do business with you. If you are ok with that and feel the fee you are charging is justified and fair then you are well within your rights to charge it. Just as those who don't want to pay it are within their rights to avoid your establishment.

I refuse to do business in any store that charges an access fee. Period.

Me too.. ( been burned that is). But luckily I get a nice bit of business.. Started out as the same people every couple of hours... Slowly building up.. I stock daily and I offer the resources for less than 1.5 cpu.. Some are actually less than 1 cpu.. I need the xp so I am not going for profit.. Quid Pro Quo or something like it..
Ijust added a Lotto Vendor.. Now people can get their resources and get a chance to win 175k of credits.. They just buy one piece of ore off the lotto vendor and I get an email with the date and time.. as long as they purchase every 15 minutes then they can enter as many times as they want.. Was going to do this every week... But if I get a good turn out I may do it every Friday and Tuesday.

I do accept and respect that decision... I know how they feel, I felt the same way... But luckily some have taken a chance and have seen that I have vendors thatarestocked and so far I am getting reasonable xp with return customers.![]()
