Actually instead of vendors in Npc cities, the nice part of your idea is NPC barkers. You higher Npcs to hawk your weres or Location of your malls. Best part is its a master merchant only but instead of a vendor cap you get an NPC cap of 2 or so. This would allow you to hire Npc barkers at multiple city locations.

Something else I was thinking about was a Holo vid screen that shows a WP advertisement for your vendors which should also be a Master merchant option. Example a giant screen near the the theed bazzar that would play a 15 sec picture with your wp and a image commercial type that expresses the kind of vendor. I think that would kill the spam nicely.

Definetly need to get rid of afk spam hurts the profession.

more lots for a master merchant? eh? sorry out of line and sense. IF so, then give all crafter masters 2 more lots.

survey droid merchant? eh? well a merchant has nothing at all to do with gathering resources. belongs to artisan or crafters, not merchant.

maintain reduction to 50% at master merchant? good idea
