Yes, I agree, but some people do not like to just "hear" it from a random guy. That is why I posted a link and a quote, also in case he will have any more questions

can using a holocron give u visibility?

anyone? i hunted for a while today in a group, didnt use specials and haven't been visited yet, i would most probably only be a 30k mark to.

well i've been grinding in groups and had a visit atleast once everytime i'm logged on had 4 visits last saturday too died all 4 times as well sadly lol. I just think it's the luck of the draw as i don't have my ls equiped in starports etc and don't attack near npc's etc so just enjoy it never know it might be an ace bug u have hehe

At the 30k mark your mission is still nicely hidden in amongst the npc missions. Unless a bh is paying attention and looking for evenly numbered payout missions he's not likely to notice your mission.

I'm as clueless as can be about visibility. I spent an entire afternoon in a hunting group of other jedi (I'm a low level paddy) and didn't show up on the boards, according to a few BH freinds I have. The next day I did a little group, but not even an hour. The following day I spent several hours in group again, and a BH buddy of mine /tells me I'm on the boards for 225k. At the time I was only ll 54 (maybe even just 50, not sure). Most Jedi I've talked to say that's an outrageous mission payout for someone of my level. It's been over two days, and I've yet to see a BH coming for me. I spent a day hiding out, then decided death by BH is inevitable and went back to group hunting. I spent several hours this morning in a group, hunting on Dantooine and still saw no one. I keep odd hours, and the server is generally more lightly populated when I'm on, but still I'm surprised to have that high a payout and even more surprised I haven't been killed yet.

XP = Grouping = Visibility
Grinding = Solo = No Visibility (unless someone drives by)

from the way I understand it it takes 4hours from the time you reach the amount of vis. to be on the terms to show on the terms, and vis works the same as it did before. so if youve used the force in front of multiple PCs and NPCs regardless of faction/guild expect to see someone
