I am having some trouble with a vendor. I just stared merchie, so I dont know if it is a bug or i am negleting a step. I talked to a Master Weapon Smith on my server, and he thinks it is a bug.

I get my vendor, name it, and go ahead and place it. I initilize it, and then I try and use it. It says that I have not initilized yet even after I have. I have tried to use it about 25 times and keep getting the same message. I have deleted and made new ones. I tried putting Mnt into it both before and after it gets initilized, I tried logging in and out multpile times.

I put in a CS ticket, but who knows how long that will take.

Any Suggestions? Sorry about the spelling.

Im also having the same issue. I've tried all vendor types.

I chose Initialize from the radial menu and it tells me it initialized. I try to use the vendor and it tells me its not intialized.

I'm having the same problem. I just tried to place my first vendor. It says I initialized it, but then I try to use it and it says it isn't initialized. I tried with the droid and terminal - no luck.

I didn't submit a ticket or CSR because I never ever had any response from Sony. About a month ago, I submitted bug reports and CSRs about an experimentation problem I was having. No one ever responded.

I hope this vendor thing is a bug that just happening right now. Maybeit will go away tomorrow or the next day.

same problem: tried it with fancy terminal, EG Poer droid and Bartender droid vendor types in both my residence/med tatooine home as well as my merchant tent. I thought it was a bug from the tent's creation terminal but sadly no.... and my single CSR ticket is being taken up by my friends list being nerfed

I had a csr come and help. He couldnt get the vendor to work, so he said he would submit a report. I dont know how much good will come of it. He said that there have been other reports of this occuring.

Same here, msg comes up saying that the vendor wasn't initialized even though it was.

Submitted a bug report. Also, tried to submit a CSR tix, can't, system says I've
already maxed out on the number of CSR tix, even though I have none active.

To the person above saying that he already had a CSR tix for some other issue, just add more notes to the existing one stating your other cases. Supposedly they'll re-read it again and deal with that issue as well.

Btw, my experiences with the ingame CSR has been pretty good.

nope, Instalizing it twice did not work for me. Now we merchants can't make usable vendors, the devs really suck for this game.

A csr emailed me today, the one who helped me yesterday, saying that this does not affect NPC vendors, only the terminal/droid ones. I havent gotten the actual merchie class yet to see, I don't have the xp....bummer

Found this on another thread, and it just worked for me when I was having the same problem.

When you go to initialize it, initialize it TWICE. Initialize it the first time, and then before you do ANYTHING ELSE, initialize it again. This worked for me when I was having this problem.
