To ask the obvious...are you sure that was a bazaar terminal and not a player vendor?

nope he is right they have been uncapped it looks.. i just went on my dialy look at the baazar and noticed this.. now im not a merchant im a pistoleer/doctor.. but this sickens me.. great job on ruining a part of the game i liked... i dont rant often cause most things dont bother me but im not even a merchant lol and this makes me furious.. becuase now we have idiots overpricing the baazar and other idiots taking those pricing to base there's off of.. this wasthe same thing that happened in EQ.. well /rantoff back to playing.. and i feel for you merchants

I'm not sure how this is happening because you can't put an item up for sale for over 6k I just tried it both as an instant sale and as an auction. You also can't bid over 6k either. So I am not sure how any entries are getting in there over 6k.

In looking at the Bazaar on bloodfin I don't think the bazaar has been uncapped at all. I think somehow vendor items are being displayed on the bazaar. The items for over 6k are in locations like: "Tatooine, Lowland Basin" or "Naboo, Great Grass Plains" those are not standard bazaar locations they are vendors out in the wild somewhere.

Does anyone have any examples of this happening on any server other than Bloodfin? It didn't seem to be happening on Bria. I'm chcking other servers now.

I just checked the bazaars on Intrepid and Gorath. Sorted by Galaxy> Misc> price. I didn't see anything listed for more than 6000.

None of them had the issue. So Far only Bloodfin.
The Devs are aware btw I reported it earlier and got a response that they would look at it.

I just did Kettemoor and Shadowfire too. Nothing over 6k on them either.

They need to figure out how they did in on Bloodfin, and push that code to the rest of the servers. I would love to have a way to search the galaxy for items on a vendor. Even if it took a long while to search and load. Maybe have a warning screen. "Warning: If you select vendors as a searchable option, you will be able to do dishes between the loading screens"..
Tired of going from vendor to vendor and seeing nothing worth buying (mostly the low grade NPC loot)

We've talked about a number of search scenarios but this isn't one of them. I have no idea what will happen if you buy something from one of those bugged listings. I didn't have any cash on Bloodfin to check that part out.

RE bloodfin... I bought a few things which were 6k or under, each item from different people. However when I visited the vendors which held the items, I found that each one wasn't initialised. They were all in the same building. Approximately 1 half of the vendors in the building were working OK...

ok maybe im just an idiot and never noticed, but when did the bazaars go uncapped on the selling price? I remember when i first started playing it was 3k then they bumped it to 6k, then today i noticed crap on there for 999999999. Also, wouldnt this cheapen your profession a little?
