Also check the competition. See that price and stats they are selling for.

some ppl do buy crates , so also try selling a crate of 5 for 60k (5 for the price of 4)

Have you got the new vendor search enabled? That way, people can check your items and prices on the bazaar. You need to select enable vendor search from the vendor's radial menu to enable it,it'll beef up your sales

i put my vendors on the bazaar thing but who knows if they work lol. also, most swoops are priced from 20-25k, which is why i'm so confused...at my prices do you think i should still give them one free when they buy?

Another thing to consider is how you name your bike deed vs. your competition. Since you currently can not see the quality of the bike on the deed, potential buyers maybe hesitant thinking the bike is utter crap. Some crafters list the experimentation quality on the deed's name somewhere. If you put the number first (i.e. 97% Swoop) it will list first alphabetically on vendor listings, if on the other hand you put the name and then the percent you get listed further down. Most buyers may take the crafter's word that the quality listed is the actual quality if reputable. Without any indication as to the quality of the bike I'd be more hesitant to purchase one over one that has the quality listed, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't get burned with a lemon that had 99% Swoop listed for the name.

Personally, I name them as "Swoop/Speederbike/X34 [%; # hp Estimate]" using this as a guide.

For example: "Swoop [95%; 2425 hp Estimate]"

Seems the % of durability of the swoop is important to the vendor. At 95% Durability, I sell swoops for 42.5K each and sell a ton. I believe it is because of the durability.

As a side note -

I can't remember the exact number of resources that go into a swoop off the top of my head, I'm thinking like 8600 units. You may want to check this, but you probably would make more dough selling your resources at 2cpu than building a swoop at 15k.

can i expriment and then make a schem? all my single one's are 90% but i wasn't sure if you can experiment and then make a schem...

and it's 8k resources which i buy for about 9.2k/swoop. but 42.5k/swoop? on bloofin 95% goes for 25k most of the time...but good for you if you can pull in that much/swoop lol

Chumple:

Durability/Quality is important. As I understand it, not only do you get better hit points scaled with quality but the decay rate is slower as you scale in quality or so I've heard. Saving you money in the long run on repairs/trips to the garage.

Backlasher:

After you experiment, don't select create prototype. Instead choose the option below it, Create Schematic (or something like that).

There is a market for lower end speeder sold in mass to 87% Speeder bikes sold in crates of 5 sell very well for me to folks who know their bikes are going to die in large numbers.

I guess I'm lucky! wooohooo!!!!!!!! For ONCE! In fact, it's about the only thing that has been selling lately cept power ups..

Resources are slow, weapon sales slow,

I also like the point about the cost effective swoop for the folks who hang out on Dath and play with the Nightsisters. Good idea there!
