Ok... what is that? I got four of thoseemails just now, knowing that my stockroom is always empty and the items in question were on sale, and gotnot only withdrawn from sale but just poofed. I also got the normal 'auction unsuccesful' messages for other items, so I don't get it... Anyone got the problem? I really don't want all my stuff to poof when the 30 days run out...

I got a couple of those myself tonight. Said something about a "restored item has not sold". Restored item?
Another thing that bugs me...all my resources in my vendor...I cant see the resource nam anymore without examining the items. Just 15 items that say aluminum, 40 that say steel, etc. Big pain in the ass.

I got one of those yesterday as well -- nothing in any of my stockrooms, though I did have 5 bazaar items that had dropped off sale Tuesday but I'd already picked up all 5 before I got this email...

ive seen those lately to -- actually a few last night.
bet you those items were listed on your vendort and went poof...

Bump... Sorry to insist but I have lost 60k of items so far to that bug, is there any more information about this? Wasn't this supposed to happen to items in the stockroom and not on sale?

Yeah and it has only happened with one vendor so far too. It's just weird. Happened again today btw.

Happened to me today too. Is there anything more annoying than vendor issues? The one aspect of this game I dislike most is inventory/vendor management. These bugs don't improve the situation.

I submitted a CSR ticket to try to get information about this particular issue. In my ticket, I described this problem and stated clearly, "These items have not been sitting in my stockroom."
A CSR responded shortly thereafter with "Items that have in the stockroom for more than 7 days were destroyed due to being left too long on the vendor."
This really is aggravating. The CSRs are impossibly ignorant. It's very clear that the CSR did not bother to read the ticket I submitted. This issue/bug is annoying in and of itself, but the fact that CSRs are *so* unhelpful makes it *so* much worse...

Its a canned answer of course. Keep on them to actually read it and give you a real answer. That is one of the most frustrating things about CS in the game is the default canned answers.

This happened to me a few days ago.. at the time, I thought that I had somehow missed it having expired and being placed in the stockroom, but now I suspect it just went poof. Whenever I have auctions expire I restock them first chance I get, so I doubt I simply 'missed' it. Hope some devs or CSRs start paying attention to this soon..
