Last night guys,,i couldnt stop laughing for about 30 minutes before the server came down.

Here is my adventure.

Let me set the sceen,,,,it's late evening and the med center is packed of course. I'm sittin there happy as a clam just healing away and chargin an arm and a leg for prefered treatment. (about 1200 for full heal). Along comes this guy and he's absolutely begging to be healed asap. He has full black bars but mind is full,,ya you guys know the type. They never seem to learn. So i take a look at him and explain my policy of charging for prefered treatment and say if he's interested, he can be next after the guy i'm working on.

WELL,,HE JUST EXPLODES

LOL it was as bad as a child who doesnt get his way. He's saying all medics should burn in hell,,there is no way us money grubbing asses should get paid, I was a complete ass and will never see any of his cash so i should heal him asap. LOL i seriously think he was trolling and trying to get a rise out of me.

now for the best part

In my med center,,,yes my med center,,i lead and everyone groups with me. I train them for free if they all chip in when i need training,,It's a good system imo. Well every medic is on my team and i tell them all to ignore him,,and they do. Now it's my turn to have fun with him. I calmly inform him to go sit in a corner and he's grounded for an hour. He wont of course. I then inform him that all medics are unavailabe to heal him now so he might as well go invest in camps hehe. He really loves that one. And here is the best part. When i have him just a steaming...i start blowing him kisses and hugs...i then inform everyone in the med center to do the same...they all do. He's just a flying off the handle and telling me i'm a complete ass and i should "fouk off" so i then proceed to ask him some very personal questions. Did youget dropped on your head as a child,,you really should get that foaming at the mouth checked.,,,What's wrong,,ohh i know you need a hug. I then continue to blow him kisses and hug for the next 15 minutes till the server crashed. Dam i was hoping to go for a couple of hours.

I feel sorry for the poor guy. Probably thought he could simply get healed. Not in this game. No, no. That's not the way it works in the Star Wars Universe. Everyone sits and waits for a smidgen of a heal to pop up every 30 seconds in this galaxy. And that is preferential treatment.

Bah, he got what he had coming. If your going to throw a childish tantrum be prepared to take the punishment that comes with that type of behavior.

Once medics level up healing will not even be an issue. You could have full black rot on all stats and a doc can get you out of their in a few minutes if he wants. It's the same way with armor and weapons. You just have to let people level up so the good start can start rolling.

Petition people like that, when you grief them back you just lower yourself to their level.

How much do you want to bet that he probably had a ton of Battle Fatigue as well.

If you do not like charging upfront talk to Holo. We plaeded for a secure trade interface and our answer was to demand payment up front because we hold the upper hand in the situation. If you do not like thattalk to him.

I tried doing the healing and then getting paid thing in beta and had so many run outs it's not funny. The same people who ruined the theory of tipping as payment ruined this method also. Charging up front is the only way to weed them out now.

And for those of you that say i shouldnt be asking for payment,,explain how i could of paid over 35k in training last night without it. I'm the highes Doctor around,,yes,doc now. No one to train me but Npc's and i hafta go to a different city too.

As for paying in advance nauf,,no you dont pay in advance for repairs,,but you dont get your car either without paying,,i used to get lots of run outs.

and oh oh pls run around with 3% health,,,,so i can /laugh at you. You dont like me that is fine,,,go to anchorhead or one of the Mos cities.

Poor Naufragus, you're going to have a hard life in this game. No matter what profession you choose, you're going to have to deal with other player characters; it's built into the game. Today it's medics, but next time you need something that only other PCs can provide, I predict you will have the same problem--you'll treat them like crap and get the same results.
