Thread: NON-VOTE! Exploit
1.Flaming/Diseasing Pets for XP
Healing XP can be gained by having a Commando flame or a CM Disease your pet. Then you can heal the wounds on the pet for faster XP gains. Since pet stimming is not allowed for XP this leads some to question if this is an exploit.
2.Tumble/Healing Exploit
Healing XP can be macroed and easily gained by having someone use any of the Tumble commands to cause themselves damage while the healer stims them for XP.
There is no real priority listtocreate on just two issues, I don't think,so there's no real need to vote for it. Besides, the second exploit is likely to no longer be an issue at all once the combat revamp is completed. I've stickied here only for consistency/archival's sake.
[Edit: Added the pet wound healing issue.]

Ok. Exactly where were you when I put this list up for discussion originally? ![]()
Now I gotta add one.... grumble, grumble.
As if the devs are gonna stop it in the morning or something.

Well, none of these really bother me, personally, either. But they do get mentioned often enough that I can't, in good conscience, not list them.
Hmm... now I wonder why I got one-starred... would someone be so kind as to at least get it up to 2 so those few folks who have their filters on can at least see this thread? I'll have to get a Mod to do it if not. ![]()
Thanks all. I don't think I need any more. I don't care what my star ratings are, as long as the stickied posts are at least 2 stars, if they have a rating.
I have noticed that we got hit here and on the Doc forum by a one-star ninja for Chrsitmas, so I upped the ratings on all of those that I could. Just some kid having what they think is fun, is all.
How do you Master CH or BH in a few days?
And if those other profession can be Mastered in meredays, don't you think there is a problem with those professions? Sounds to me like there is something wrong with the XP gain rate on some of those other professions.
Not that it matters, since it's probably going to go away soon enough anyway.
Then again it's also not an issue I could really givea rat's patootie about, personally. I think it's kinda cheesy and definitely not a fun way to get XP, but if folks wanna do it, more power to 'em. Those who really want to play the profession will play it and enjoy it, those who don't will likely find it more of a chore anyway and move on to another profession. The only problem those folks bring comes not from grinding out thier healing XP, but from taking the massive creds they often bring in and drive up the prices of medic usable resources to the point where the otherwise poorly paid medics can no longer afford them. (Not that they could afford a lot to begin with, mind you.)
