How about we set a rule,,if someone is healing a patient,,let them get the xp unless they ask for help or you are asked to help out.
I think in a way this type of thing is natural. As more and more people become higher in the doctor tree, wounds are really getting treated at amazing rates. Frankly, most medical centers don't need 7 doctors all standing around waiting for that one person with 100 wounds to walk in. When you find yourself fighting over patients, go craft some stimpack C's and get out, group, and see the world. Your experience will go by much faster and you might even enjoy yourself.
