I don't understand the question. What kind of help is it exactly you're looking for? Grinding rifles is grinding rifles and grinding medic is grinding medic. There's no way to do them simultaneously, at least not very efficiently.

Group up with some people and huntmountainsquill/sharnaff etc. Just be the medic of the group and the xp will come rolling in, especially if their defences/armor aren't that good. While you're healing you can still get rifle xp from joining in the attacks, just don't use too many specials or it'll clog up your combat queue.


Remember, look after yourself first and then worry about the group.
