I wouldn't worry about it, most likely these people are basically cheating by getting killed in space and planning to have one of their alts do the wound healing or such, it's not a very effiective practice, just heal them and ignore the rot they spill out, besides, you got the XP and they got healed, ya playing the profession correctly afterall, rather be a Ub3tR Noob then a w33ni3 'sloit3r.

I must say that I kind of understand their anger. If you healed me without telling me, I might not be so grateful. I see it as common courtesy - you shouldn't do anything to me without my implied or explicit permission. At most, I'd be only slightly annoyed and would say thanks nevertheless. But I certainly wouldn't call a medic a noob or some such nonsense, with medical experience being so hard to come by these days.
What's especially annoying are those doctors that just shoot me up with buffs without my consent. I know it doesn't hurt, I know it's beneficial, I know it's free, but that's not the point.

ya i understand common courtesy if i started to heal ya and you say dont i have no problem stoping. Since this has happened i have been asking before i heal. I also have a macro now letting people know i am healing for free unless they want to tip while i am doing the grind.
