Thread: Holo: A cogent suggestion for the /diagnosis skill
Well thats another drawback of using the /scan beyond the mind pool costs...
My idea was to address any possible exploits to a /diagnosis command that have been brought up in this post and other posts...
Theorically, a covert medic could use the it to pick out weak targets for overts to take out or something...
In my opinion, thats life, people will go for you if they know you are wounded...and if you are wounded then you are an easy target for the enemy..makes sense to me, but i'm addressing any possible use of this as an exploit.
If/scantarget would be for enemy overts so youcould "cherry' pick the weak ones...
i personally dont see being able to scan people even enemy overtsas a bigdeal, but if u read the earlierposts in this thread, you will see that there is a concern for some people...
While I'm not a PvP and am unsure about if factions can see HAM, ifyou can see HAM thenwhy scan? Otherwise like I said before make it so you can only use a scanner or diagnose only within the same factions. Thats takes out all possiblities of exploits.
