Thread: How I made 2000c in an hour as a medic

Just so you guys know i made 2000c off 1 guy on my first day on Starsider

I really dont understand it all though.
Combat people go on missions for xp and credits, and make both.
If a medic goes on combat missions and heals a pet, they lose money in stims, and gain no xp.
Why is it that medical people are treated as valueless slaves only existing to further other people, and then call them greedy ect when they want a reimbursement for services and goods?
If a medic is healing a pet and not getting any xp, then all they have going for them are the mission payouts - and trust me that starts to dwindle when you are chewing through stims, esp if you have not basically turned into an artisan to make all those stims.
Please, someone give me a reason why a healer should agree to be a slave, and work for no pay, no xp?

You mean self centered crap like having someone help YOU, where they get little to nothing, and you get xp, money, and fauna? By your way of thought, there is NO REASON for a medic to go along with you. They can take the stims they would have used on your pet, put it up on the bazaar, and made MORE money for less effort.
Time to heal your own pets folks.

Well, this is a moot point, you say IF you are going to group.
Sorry, IF I was a novice medic on my way to master, I wouldnt be wasting stims on a pet that didnt give me xp only to have a group crap on me - Id be in the cantina healing dancers.

I started charging for healing about a week ago, when I finally decided I had enough, and I have healed.. oh..

Probably 7 people since then. Standard response to my fee (1cr per wound) /say LOLZ!
