Make a macro

/peace;
/heald self;

You can now instantly heal yourself when you press this button. Continue your attack after that and fill up your que again. You can also make the macro

/peace;
/heald self;
/attack;

THis will continue the attack with at least a normal attack after you heal yourself.

/peace; (clears your attack quee)
/heald self; (heals yourself without targeting you)
/attack; (continues the attack on your currently targeted target

I would say this would be a great feature to allow users to decide for themselves. If you're worried about confusing users, just add this as an option in the control panel.
