I still sell stimpak B's on the bazaar. Once I reached x/x/x/4 I could make decent packs and I have been selling them for months. In fact, this is my primary source of income. Even at1500 credits each I can't keep the bazaar in Bestine stocked for more than a couple days.
I find a lot of people like the convenience of the bazaar over going to a player city vendor. I only charge700-1000 credits each on my vendor but people still buy mine off the bazaar at the inflated price rather than take a shuttle.
The other thing I have done recently is the medic quest for the Stimpak A+ schematic. I made several large production runs of StimA+'s (132/17 I think) and sell them for 200 credits each or a crate of 25 for 5000 credits on the bazaar. They sell like hotcakes for some reason.

Not to be incredibly naive, but Stim A+ schematic? What, where, and howdid you get those? Just a point in the right direction would be nice... And are there any other nice schematics like this (like wound B+ packs, or area poison C+ packs)?
A+, B+, C+? It reminds me of school...
Stimpack A+ is the quest reward from the imperial out front of bestine medical center. It has mind healing in addition to the usual health & action, same as the damage stimpack novice medics get.
There are also damage Stim B's you can loot on Dathomir I believe.. I haven't confirmed this for myself (too much force usage lately

I found a Stim A+ schematic, and it didn't have any mind healing. At least there was none written on the pack statistics screen.
I didn't actually try it though so it might be a hidden attribute... Oh well, it probably would have been too strong anyway.

Interesting... believe it or not, I haven't done the quest myself. I guess I will have to now, just for testing purposes!

I am just getting enough medical skills to help heal myself in the battle field, so I appreciate all the people who make stim b packs, and good wound heal packs. I won't have the skill points needed to take the craftin tree. Every day I check the vendor for wound heal packs and stim packs(that I can use). I usually buy them all up. Sad thing is, I was on Dantooine the other day, healing my own battle fatigue and keeping the dancers Action high when somebody came running around spamming for somebody to heal their wounds. I told them to come into the cantina. I healed them and they left without a word of thanks or anything. I /tell them Your welcome. And theyfinally replied with a thanks. I wouldn't have the patience to deal with these people on a regular day basics, and I just shudder at the poor doctors doing buffs.
(PS, another reason I picked up medic skills is because I can never get anybody to heal me. They are always healing tumblers with them all AFK, GRRRRRRRRRR)

Hello Eraint,
I havea Master Doc in Corbantis. It was sometimes a thankless job to be the resident intern of the Dantooine Cantinafor 2 weeks(logging on mostly just to heal players). Often, when the outpost (and cantina) has a lot of people, it is easy to miss the "you have been healed message" with all the shouting from the groupers, buffers, tumblers, entertainers, and random noise from the NPC outside. I've had people shout "thanks to whoever healed me" because when they come into the cantina they usually just watch/listen the entertainers and get themselves a drink...or something in RL (andwas pleasantly surprised to be completely healed).
I'd estimate that during my time there, 60-70% said thanks right away. And with ~100k in tips I hardly really noticed the people that never even typed a simple "TY".
Hmmm...maybe I'll drop in some Wound Pack As or Bs in the Bazaar next time I log.
Good luck,
-D

If you can drop some in the bazaar on Dant, preferrably health b's, I would definitely buy some.
Thanks

How difficult is this A+ quest? Could a Teras Kasi Student do it solo?

Aww, dang I though it was a thread about makeing money, but all you guys talk about it earning it. *shudder* Guess I should have figured smuggler would be the one doing conterfet creds.
Starting money: Do every novice profession, for the price of 100 creds, you earn over 2K.
Aim for getting a factory as soon as possible, since those stim crates will help you make money and work your trade. Take up Artisan, Scout to be self sufficent in the beginning.

Really the only way you are going to make money as a medic is to either sell your stimpacks to the many players who dabble far enough into medic for stim B usage or to go further and become a doctor and buff people for a standard rate.
Trust me, things are very different from the first few months of the game. Early on, medics were more appreciated for their abilities. Med Centers would in large cities be filled with injured people looking for heals. There were some that were very generous and gave you a lot for a little bit of work and some that were just rude (remember one person I healed who for both their health and action bars were atleast 80% wounds and they gave me nothing *shrug*). Furthermore, in NPC city raids, medics were relied upon to help the defenders. Today, medic and doctor seems more a means of crafting a better PvP template. Many doctors have picked up their healing abilities to strengthen themselves and to make cash than to truly be aan aid to players. So it is difficult to find people who believe medics should be paid for their healing services.
So as others have said, until you become strong at making stimpacks and woundpacks, you will need another profession like marksman to really make credits in any decent amount.
