Macro name: Healing
/heal;
/pause x;
/macro Healing;
(you need to target someone for it to work, or you'll heal yourself of course)
Such kind of things?
Or crafting macros? (I guess there are already some in the Artisan's forum or other craft. prof.)
You should put more precisely what kind of macros you are looking for... or someone else knows what you mean perhaps?

I am mainly looking for AFK macros to heal tumblers. Some crafting macros would be good to.

Well, for healing, you can use the one above.
Macro name: Healing
/healDamage;
/pause 10;
/macro Healing;
This will heal in a loop, if you have enough Stimpacks. (adjust the pause time)

as a dosh, with mind maxed in all stats, i fond that a pause of 11 seconds is enough to recharge so you can leave the PC overnight

Can someone post a macro for making Stim-pack B's pls using a food and chemical crafting tool.

THanks for the info. but one last questiobn. how do you stop the macro, mine keeps going and going and i dont' know how to end it.

Type /dump 
A general crafting macro can be found somewhere in these forums... I don't have time to look right now, but I can post the one I used a little bit later. Right now, I am working *cough*cough*

Hey guys,
I started medic today and i'm a 4/4/4/1 within 3 hours, does anybody have any medic crafting macro's that i can use? I've never used a macro before so i'm very new to the concept. I guess i got burned out on crafting when i grinded all my Spices for smuggler in 1 night. Any help will be much appreciated.

Okay I have some macros for a medic and Im going to list them.
make sure you put exactly what I put except The NUMBERS.
1.Title:healwound
/healwound;
/pause 10;
/macro healwound
2.Title:healdamage
/healwound;
/pause 10;
/macro healdamage
3.Title:tendwound
/tendwound;
/pause 10;
/macro tendwound
4.Title:tenddamage
/tenddamage;
/pause 10;
/macro tenddamage
